Many thanks to these fantastic four for choosing to do their freediving course with Dumagat Freedive. As you can see, they learned a great deal – that equalization is key, that mastery takes practice, and perhaps that all work and no play stinks? 😳🤔 I bet that you all have mastered Frenzel equalization by now. In the inspiring words of Rob Schneider, “You can do eeet!” You guys rock! 🙏 🙂

6 minutes and 11 seconds, a new breath-hold personal best for Alexis. He’s also done a depth of 50 meters in variable weight and 45 meters in both constant weight and free immersion disciplines during the training camp. Rockstar!
